About SOVAI
We build the power AI actually runs on.
What we are
SovAI, Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation and NVIDIA Inception Program member operating as a DSX AI Factory Architect and Engineer. We design, finance, and deliver integrated behind-the-meter power platforms built specifically for the compute loads that modern AI infrastructure demands — from inference clusters to full-scale AI factories.
Why we exist
The average US grid interconnection queue runs 44 months. Hyperscale AI buildouts cannot wait 44 months. That gap is the defining bottleneck on American AI leadership — and it is structural, not temporary. SovAI closes it by siting dispatchable, carbon-improved generation behind the meter: at the substation, inside the fence, on your timeline, not the utility’s.How we do it
We integrate four purpose-built platforms — SovGEN generation, SovSTOR hybrid storage, SovGRID interconnection, and SovCOOL thermal management — and orchestrate them in real time through Scotty / DOE, our Dispatch Optimization Engine. The result is a single financed platform that a site operator receives as delivered megawatts, not a collection of components to integrate separately.
The team behind the platform.
